Berries, rhubarb, plums: Kaiser-Natron® rounds out their flavour, cuts the acidity and stands in for sugar. Half a teaspoon per kilo of fruit is enough.

Refreshing lemon fizz
Stir lemon juice (or vinegar) and sugar into a glass of cold water. Add ½ tsp of Kaiser-Natron® — bottoms up.
